Barnstormin' Bluegrass Band
since 12-05

Howdy everyone!  The folks that
are currently operating Joe's
Pizza and Pickin' Parlor are
some really terrific folks and we
want to show our support and
encouragement by helping out a
little bit.  We have added a new
link on our site that is a page
devoted entirely to Joe's and
what is currently going on and
all of the upcoming events and
bands that will be playing there!
It seems like everyone has a
different story about what is
happening at the store, from
when it is open to what type of
music is being played-so we are
just trying, with John and
Brenda's help, to let everyone
know exactly what is REALLY
happening!  Check them
out-they are  putting a lot of
effort into this and need
everyone's support!  Thanks!!

Hello, we are the Wullenweber Family from Greensburg,
Indiana, and we play traditional bluegrass and bluegrass
gospel music.  We got our start in 2004 when the kids were
invited to play on stage at the
OxBarn. Rebekah only knew
one song at that time!!  The summer of 2004 found the kids
at their first festival,
Happy Valley, where they played a
whole 25 minutes!  At the end of 2004, David joined the
kids on the bass.  Noah also started playing the banjo at
the end of 2004, so in April of 2005, after 2 weeks of
practice, Shari joined up on guitar. With that we became an
official Family Bluegrass Band.  We played just over 90
venues in 2006 and played over 100 venues in 2007 and
had a blast doing what we do!  Some of our most
memorable shows of 2007 were playing at Renfro Valley ,
Kentucky, at Silver Dollar City, in Branson, Missouri, in the
Pioneer Village at the Indiana State Fair and of course, all
the local venues we get to play at-we love the home town
crowd the most!!

It is always an honor when we are asked to perform at a
church for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ-nothing
makes us happier!

We can't wait to see what 2008 brings us--hope to see all of
you soon!

The Leader of the Band, the official
driver, and the dad is David.  He has
been playing bass, and doing a really
great job on it,  since the end of 2004
and he loves it!  We appreciate all his
hard work and time he puts in on us to
make all of this work!
The mom of the group is Shari.  She
had been playing guitar for about 2 1/2
years.  Shari does most of the
scheduling for the group.  Shari adds
harmony to the vocals and
occasionally will sing lead.
Noah is 18 and plays Scruggs style
Banjo, on a HomeGrown Banjo that he
and his dad built.  Noah also plays
lead guitar.  Noah has been playing
guitar since he was 8 and banjo since
he was 15.  Noah would rather play his
instruments than do anything else,
including his schoolwork-can you
imagine?!?!
Elizabeth is 15 and plays fiddle and
clawhammer banjo.  She started on the
fiddle when she was 7 and has only
been on the clawhammer banjo for
about one year.  Elizabeth has a real
strong bluegrass voice and does alot
of our lead singing, and also lends
some great harmony  to our vocals.
Rebekah is 13 and plays mandolin.
She has been playing since she was
8, but has gotten a lot of drive in the
last year.  Rebekah sings some lead
and adds great harmony to our
vocals.
Bert Corya is from North Vernon,
Indiana, and has been playing guitar
since he was a kid--we won't say how
long ago that was!  Bert is a great
addition to the group and we love
when he plays with us.  Bert sings,
when forced to!!!!
